If someone asked me this question knowing all of the things that I do I would have to say maybe I do have a lot going on to some, but as far as I am concerned I don't have too much going on. So let me just tell you what I do have going on and how I manage it all. Right now I run this blog, The Ms. Boss Report another blog titled Becoming Me, I host a weekly radio show titled The Ms. Boss Show and a social network titled The Ms. Boss Network. I am also a business partner in 5Linx which is a tele-communications company. I am also in the process of launching a web-TV social network with a partner and working a project to build a women business center in Liberia. Some one may think that this is just too much, but this stuff keeps me going. It keeps me constantly thinking about my businesses and what I want for my life. I understand that in order for me to be successful I have to have a solid plan of action, which I do. You see, the way that I designed my businesses was that each one of them can be done on a part-time basis. As they grow I will build a team to help me manage the growth. There are only 24 hours in a day and I've broken my days down to fit my lifestyle. So I want to share a few tips with you if you have too much going on and don't see any progress.
1. First know why you are doing your businesses in the first place
2. Determine how important your businesses are and if you can run them on a part-time basis or do you need to run them full-time.
3. Prioritize your tasks
4. Set a scheduled time to work on each business.
5. Give yourself some time off
